This guarantee does not cover failures caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to venue power outages, client-side internet issues (for DIY app users), or force majeure events.
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7–14 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled due to bereavement or exceptional circumstances, which we will consider on a case-by-case basis.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
6. Recordings and content
- HD recordings are made available for the period specified in your package (typically 7 days). After this period, recordings may be deleted.
- Guestbook messages (video, photo, audio, text) are stored on your private event page for the agreed retention period.

7. User responsibilities
- You must provide accurate event details (date, time, venue) to ensure successful service delivery.
- For DIY app streaming, you are responsible for ensuring your phone is charged, positioned correctly, and has adequate mobile signal.
- You must not use our services to stream, record, or distribute content that is illegal, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
- You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions from your venue, event organiser, or attendees regarding live streaming and recording.
8. Privacy and data
Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you acknowledge that live streams and guestbook messages may contain personal data of event attendees, and you confirm you have the appropriate basis (e.g., legitimate interest or consent) to share their data via our platform.

11. Partnership terms
Partners (venue installations, white-label, resellers, API integrations) are subject to additional terms as set out in their individual partnership agreements. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and a partnership agreement, the partnership agreement prevails.
