E-There Group LTD is a UK-based live streaming and digital event company founded in 2020. We provide HD live streaming, QR video guestbooks, and custom event pages for weddings, funerals, corporate events, and sports fixtures. Over the past 6 years, we’ve streamed more than 5,000 events to viewers in over 150 countries, with 99.9% uptime on our own dedicated servers.

Our story
E-There started with a simple belief: no one should miss a moment that matters because of distance. When the world changed in 2020, the need for reliable event streaming became urgent overnight. Families couldn’t attend funerals. Guests couldn’t fly to weddings. Businesses needed to reach remote audiences.
We built E-There to solve that problem — not with generic video calls, but with purpose-built technology designed for emotionally sensitive, high-trust events. Private streams on dedicated servers. Beautiful event pages. QR guestbooks that capture real memories. Everything focused on reliability, privacy, and dignity.
Six years on, we’re installed at over 50 venues across the UK, trusted by funeral directors, wedding venues like Handpicked Hotels, and corporate clients including Hiscox Insurance. We’ve streamed rugby matches, music festivals, AGMs, and thousands of ceremonies. We also built a DIY streaming app so anyone can broadcast their event from a phone for under £100.
We’re still a focused, dedicated team. We don’t try to be everything to everyone. We do one thing — help people be present for important moments — and we do it exceptionally well.
